“This is my first experience of using an Agency and one that has been extremely positive. I was supported by Sam Yates who is an excellent ambassador for Higher People. Sam contacted me and introduced me to what he could do for me. He talked me through the process of creating a 3D CV and arranged a convenient time for me to be filmed. He provided support through the process and explained how he would market me. Once that was complete, he came back to me within a day or two to say that he had identified a role that he believed suited my needs and experience and asked if I wanted to be put forward. Following the client's review of my 3D CV, I was invited for an interview and I’m pleased to say, I got the job. Sam supported me through the whole process even wishing me luck on the day. You’d think it would have ended there, but I have now started work and was blown away to receive a congratulatory card from Sam at my new office and he’s been checking in with me to see how I’m settling in.
