Higher People is a boutique recruitment agency based in the heart of Lancashire. We specialise in connecting talented professionals with businesses and employers across the North West for permanent, temporary and contract positions.
Recruitment isn’t a new concept and therefore we aren’t here to spin a yarn that we’re reinventing the wheel. However, there is a strong sense of negativity towards the recruitment sector so something is clearly broken. It is our aim at Higher People to change this perception and to provide both jobseekers and businesses with a positive experience throughout their recruitment journeys.
We make it our job to immerse ourselves in the market by meeting individuals every week to learn and understand all the talent that is out there. What differentiates us is that our founder has two decades of internal and agency recruitment experience combined with six years spent in HR. Therefore, we like to believe we have a sound understanding of what good looks like.
As well as working with current job seekers we have a huge network of passive talent that we can tap into. This means that we also speak to people who aren’t actively looking for a new role but who we feel may be interested in your opportunity and be beneficial to your organisation. We can do this because of the leg work we put in every week to ensure we know the talent out there and type of roles that would appeal to them.
